History

The W5 is the world version uniting kickboxing professionals on the basis of highest sports standards, fair and transparent rating, popularity of the sport among its fans, and the involvement of business circles.

 

Sport means health, socializing, developing. Sport is our future!  

As of today, combat sports are one of the most dynamically developing international sports industries.

 

The W5 holds fights in different countries, and also in different regions of Russia.

W5 tournaments have already been held in Bratislava (Slovakia), Ingolstadt (Germany), Budva (Montenegro), Minsk (Belarus), Moscow, Ryazan, Orel and in many other cities and towns in Russia.

 

The W5 has a transparent rating system and the struggle of the best athletes from all over the world for the W5 World Champion title. The athletes running for the champion title have to qualify for it through the staged system, and have to win their right to fight for the world champion title, moving through the rating scale.

 

The W5 is an engrossing show program providing for announcement of fighters’ profiles, glamour ring-girls, entertaining shows performed by artists, exclusive program of VIP personal service, flexible ticket pricing policy.

 

The W5 renders support to children. Traditionally, children experiencing hardships are invited to W5 tournaments. The slogan of the program is «Choose the way of a champion».    

 

The W5 is a unique project promoting the development of sports and physical education both in Russia and all over the world.
