Sergey Chepinoga was nominated as a promoter of the year 2016

World version W5 president Sergey Chepinoga was recognized among the most significant figures of the year in the Martial Arts world by “International Martial Arts Hall of Fame”.


The final decision who is the best promoter of the year according to this honored organization and the awarding procedure itself will be hosted in Split, Croatia, Hotel Atrium on 3rd of December 2016.

“Independently of style, art or politics this event aims the honor, mutual respect and union of the Martial Arts communities all around the world.

Introduction into this prestigious hall based on history-making achievements that have made an impacting contribution in promotion of different kinds of Martial Arts … “. – Information according to a press release from the organizers.

We recall that during 2016 World version W5 conducted seven events under W5 professional kickboxing rules, five of them in Europe and two in Russia. Fight card of the each event contained both names of young prospect fighters and world stars of professional kickboxing.  

Together with “Rebuy Stars” gambling houses World version W5 organized W5 European league “Fortune favours the brave”, the series of premium events which were hosted in Zagreb (Croatia), Prievidza and Zvolen ( Slovakia).

The biggest show of the year was conducted 8th of October in Prague at the famous O2 Arena and was called W5 Grand Prix “Legends in Prague”. This event became one of the biggest in the Martial arts world of 2016. In the bright showdowns took part such great and internationally famous fighters as Catalin Morosanu, Ondrej Hutnik, Andrei Stoica, Tomas Hron, Jiri Zak, Freddy Kemayo, Dzevad Poturak, Cosmo Alexandre, Darryl Sichtman,Vlado Moravcik. Among young, perspective athletes and rising stars there were Alim Nabiev, Matous Kohout, Vlad Tuinov, Andrej Kedves and so on. Matchmaking of the event traditionally was made fully under control of World version W5 president Sergey Chepinoga.

International Martial Arts Hall of Fame (first two years called by “Imperium”) was established 2011/2012 from a different martial arts organizations all around the world to honor significant in individuals, teams and federations in the martial arts community.  This prestigious Hall is recognized from a many important martial arts federations and unions and it is based from Board Masters Members from 11 countries all round the world. The organization is operating under World Martial Arts Games (WMAG)
